The service

Audio Transcript AI converts audio you submit into text transcripts with timestamps and automatic summaries. The service is provided as-is, without uptime or accuracy guarantees.

Your content

You keep all rights to the audio you submit and the transcripts we generate from it. You must have the right to transcribe the audio you submit — do not upload recordings you are not allowed to process.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content or recordings obtained illegally.
• No attempts to disrupt the service, evade limits, or access other users' data.
• Usage limits depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or a 12-hour pass) and are listed on the pricing page; we may change them with notice.

Accuracy

Automatic transcription makes mistakes — especially with heavy noise, far microphones or dense crosstalk. Verify the transcript before relying on it for anything important.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
