Can I cancel anytime?
There is nothing to cancel: a crypto payment buys a fixed term and never renews by itself. Your account page shows the date your Pro ends, and you buy again whenever you want to extend it.
What is a 12-hour pass?
A one-time purchase that transcribes one file up to 12 hours with every Pro feature for that transcript. Passes never expire, and if a job fails the pass is returned.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us within 14 days of a Pro or pass payment and we will look at a refund. If a pass's job fails, the pass goes back to your account, so you can use it again.
How do I pay?
Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT and more) through our payment provider. A payment buys a fixed term and nothing renews by itself.
Is my audio stored?
No. We delete your audio file as soon as the transcript is ready, and transcription runs on our own GPUs, so your audio is never sent to an outside AI service.
