Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No further charges.
What is a 12-hour pass?
A one-time purchase that transcribes one file up to 12 h with every Pro feature for that transcript. Passes never expire, and if a job fails the pass is returned.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us within 14 days of a subscription payment and we will refund it. A pass is refunded automatically if its job fails, so you never pay for a transcript you did not get.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Whop, our payment provider. You never enter card details on this site.
Is my audio stored?
No. The source file is deleted the moment the transcript exists. Transcripts stay private to your account.
